Rated Zispin (Remeron) for Depression Report

Taken for insomnia from morning anti depressants. I take it with a trazodone 30 mins b4 bed and I’m out like a rock. I have incredibly vivid and awesome dreams. A nightmare is rare for me but does happen on occasion. Even the nightmare are kinda of cool. If I wake up during the night I fall back to sleep and often continue the same dream or start a new one. It does cause a bit of deja vu due to how real and vivid the dreams are and how much you remember them the following day. 10/10

What is Zispin, and how does it work (mechanism of action)?

Zispin is a tetracyclic antidepressant similar to maprotiline (Ludiomil) and tricyclic antidepressants, for example, desipramine (Norpramin). Depression is an all-pervasive sense of sadness and gloom. It is believed that in some patients with depression, abnormal levels of neurotransmitters (chemicals that nerves use to communicate with each other) may be the cause of their depression. Zispin elevates mood by raising the level of neurotransmitters (norepinephrine and serotonin) in nerves of the brain. Zispin also blocks the effect of histamine. Zispin was approved by the FDA in 1996.

Rated Zispin (Remeron) for Depression Report

Terrible experience with this drug . Had ocd and anxiety for 30 horrendous years . Have tried most of the drugs I can think of, during a particular difficult period my consultant had the brilliant idea! Put me on something new . Please please be careful of this as we all know our GPs cannot supervise 24/7. I became agitated agrresive my mood plummeted my depression increased. My doctor doubled the dose and gave me diazepam. Taking this medication has set me back years in my humble opinion with regard to my ocd it was as bad as when I first started. I have made the decision to stop taking this medication from immediate effect it was making me feel suicdal The only thing in its favour was that it made me sleep and god forgive if I missed one ! Please be careful with this drug it’s powerful and has cost me dearly ! Good luck to all of you and I hope you get better.
